Rule of Six

To obey the ‘Rule of six’ we will be taking bookings of 6 PEOPLE maximum. Groups may not split across multiple tables. GUESTS INTERACTING WITH PEOPLE ON OTHER TABLES WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE

Bookings from April 12th to May 16th…

STRICTLY ONE BOOKING PER GROUP PER DAY in order to allow everyone who wants a table the opportunity to book. Your table will be in our covered outdoor area for drinking or dining.

Our bookable capacity is limited as we are only reserving the area under the canopy outside. Many dates now have no bookable tables left, but tables that are not under cover will be available on a first come, first served basis on the day – weather permitting.

The following dates in this period currently have availability for table reservations:
4th May, 5th May, 6th May, 10th May, 11th May, 12th May, 13th May

Online Bookings from May 17th Onwards…

Your booking is for an indoor table for dining. We will not be taking bookings for outside tables after May 17th.


Groups from different tables must not interact.  Due to the ‘rule of six’ groups interacting with other tables will be asked to leave.

We do not allow guests to bring their own food or drinks to Dukes 92 – this includes cakes. We have a selection of cakes you can order for your celebration with a minimum of 7 days notice required. Please email for more information.

Due to the risks associated with handling cash we can only take card transactions, contactless or mobile payments at this time.

Due to decreased capacity we will now require all bookings to secure your reservation with a credit or debit card. This card will only be charged in the event you fail to turn up for your table, cancel your table at short notice or turn up with fewer guests than you booked for.  Further information on these charges can be found at the bottom of this page.

We only reserve tables for inside dining. We do not book tables outside on the forecourt except from April 12th until we are able to reopen inside.

Please do not enter the site if you or your guests are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms.

We cannot accept customers bringing in their own birthday cakes at this time.  You may purchase a birthday cake  by pre-ordering one with our reservations teams.

If there is a queue for tables when you arrive for your reservation, please head to the front of the queue.

Dukes 92 has parking available on site, but please note that you cannot park before 11:30am Monday to Friday. Cars can be left overnight in our car park but must be removed before 10am the next day. 

Reservations are available for our inside bookable tables. We also have a large number of tables both inside and outside, for people without bookings. These will be available for food and drinks on a first come, first served basis on the day.



Our Door Policy

We welcome:
Over 21’s (if you look younger you than 25 you may be asked for passport or driving licence as ID)
Children until 8.30pm every day
Well behaved dogs (Outside only)


Dress Code

We ask that our guests wear appropriate smart casual attire. Entry will not be permitted for people wearing inappropriate clothing. This includes:

  • Sports wear
  • Baseball caps (allowed before 8pm in our outside area only)
  • Track suits
  • Sports trainers (allowed before 8pm)
  • Men’s vest tops
  • Clothing that might be considered too revealing, including see-through items.
  • Fancy dress



We are putting the following measures in place to ensure the safety of our staff and customers

Introduction of an app to allow customers to order from their table.

Decreasing the capacity of the venue

Increasing space between tables

Managed external queuing system

Decreased number of customers entering site at one time

Increase in hand washing, sanitation and surface cleaning

Hand sanitising stations throughout the venue

Altered toilet facilities to aid social distancing

Screens in areas where social distancing is difficult

Floor signs, tape and other printed material to inform guests of the safety rules

For the safety of our customers and employees, all staff will be wearing a full face transparent visor

Staff training and consultation with employees to ensure they feel safe and informed about their return to work



Due to decreased capacity we require a credit or debit card to secure all reservations. Your card will only be charged in the following circumstances:

Your card will only be charged if the reservation is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or you fail to show up for your reservation.

Your card will only be charged if the reservation is cancelled with less than 7 days notice, the number of guests dining is reduced with less than 48 hours notice or you fail to show up for your reservation.

This fee is charged at £5 per guest for reservations booked before 5pm and £10 per guest from 5pm onwards.
