BOOKING TERMS

 

Online bookings for standard tables are for indoor dining only. 

We no longer take reservations for our outdoor area. These tables are available on a first come, first served basis every day.

 

We have a selection of cakes you can order for your celebration with a minimum of 7 days notice required. Please email reservations@dukes92.com for more information.

As of 31/03/2022 we are no longer taking any new bookings for outdoor tables. Outdoor reservations made before this date will be honoured.

We are a CARD ONLY VENUE. We cannot take cash payments.

We require all bookings to secure your reservation with a credit or debit card. This card will only be charged in the event you fail to turn up for your table, cancel your table at short notice or turn up with fewer guests than you booked for.  Further information on these charges can be found at the bottom of this page.

Please do not enter the site if you or your guests are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms.

If there is a queue for tables when you arrive for your reservation, please head to the front of the queue.

Dukes 92 has free customer parking available in our car park and on Castle Street, but please note that you cannot park before 11:30am. Please enter your vehicle registration upon entry for free customer parking and to avoid a parking penalty fee.

We also have a large number of tables both inside and outside, for people without bookings. These will be available for food and drinks on a first come, first served basis on the day.

 


Our Door Policy


DINING

We welcome guests of any age to dine at Dukes 92. We ask that children leave by 8:30pm every day. Dining reservations must order a minimum of a main course per person and will be given two hours at the table.


DRINKS

We operate a 21+ door policy for tables for drinks. If you are fortunate enough to look 25 or under, proof of age may be requested.


DOGS

Well behaved dogs are welcome in our outside seating area.


DRESS CODE

We ask that our guests wear appropriate smart casual attire. Entry will not be permitted for people wearing inappropriate clothing. This includes:

  • Sports wear
  • Baseball caps (allowed before 7pm in our outside area only)
  • Track suits
  • Sports trainers (allowed before 7pm)
  • Men’s vest tops
  • Clothing that might be considered too revealing, including see-through items.
  • Fancy dress

Management may reserve the right to refuse entry at their discretion.

 

 

TERMS OF CREDIT CARD GUARANTEE

We require a credit or debit card to secure all reservations. Your card will only be charged in the following circumstances:

FOR GROUPS OF UP TO 9:
Your card will only be charged if the reservation is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or you fail to show up for your reservation.

FOR GROUPS OF  10+:
Your card will only be charged if the reservation is cancelled with less than 7 days notice, the number of guests dining is reduced with less than 48 hours notice or you fail to show up for your reservation.

This fee is charged at £5 per guest for reservations booked before 5pm and £10 per guest from 5pm onwards.
